Albas is a village on the Lot River, located about a 30-minute drive from Peyrelevade.
The garden of LaTour-Marliac is famous for its many different varieties of water lilies, both in color and fragrance. The renowned painter Monet purchased his water lilies here, which he incorporated into his paintings, including “Water Lilies” (1899).
The garden is located near the village of Le Temple-sur-Lot in the Lot-et-Garonne department, about a one-hour drive from Peyrelevade.

The garden of Marqueyssac is definitely our favorite. These gardens are designed around a château with stone-slab roofs dating back to the early 19th century.
As you walk along more than 6 km of trails, you can admire 150,000 centuries-old, hand-pruned boxwood shrubs, lookout towers, rock formations, and dry-stone huts.
